The payment of the membership fee allows you to participate in all national (Rome, Florence and Milan) and international (New York, Brussels and Paris) projects. For those who live in the city where the project takes place, it is not necessary to pay the travel contribution

The travel contribution includes the return flight from Rome or Milan (airport taxes included), half-board accommodation at Hotel Meininger*** (in multiple rooms with 2/3/4/6 places) , airport – hotel transfer and three cultural and/or museum visits in the city. By setting the payment method to "Bank Transfer" you can pay the amount in 2 installments.

To participate, we ask for a travel contribution, the best you will find for the same quality. The travel contribution of € 2940.00 includes: 6 + 1 nights for a total of 7 nights and 8 days (the return flight is scheduled at 01:00 am on the seventh day) with accommodation in a double room at the Hotel Le Meridien Conference Center***** with breakfast included, Harvard Model United Nations simulation from January 10th to 13th with lunch and dinner included during the simulation days, Round trip flight with airport taxes included, Basic health insurance European People training course, Airport-Hotel Transfer 1 accompanying teacher included with a minimum of 8 students, Option to include Abu Dhabi (full day) + Burj Khalifa (125th floor) visits at a cost of €160 per person. You can also pay in three installments by selecting "Bank Transfer" as the payment method. Balance due by December 15, 2024.

Round trip flight from Rome or Milan (airport taxes included), participation in the United Nations Work Simulation project, 6 nights accommodation in a **** hotel with half board, return transfer to the hotel from the airport and full health insurance. By setting the payment method to "Bank Transfer" you can pay the amount in 3 installments.

All inclusive formula : Participation in the NHSMUN 2025 project New York Hilton Midtown**** with access to the hotel's executive lounge between 07:00 and 22:00 with hot and cold drinks and fruit available all day, international breakfast and afternoon aperitif buffet; Delegate Dance; Round trip flight from Rome or Milan; Airport taxes included ( Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 art. 23); Health Insurance; Entrance to two museums ( Moma and Met ); Private transfer airport/hotel; 45 hour training course.
